Ryan and Amy Scheide have enjoyed more than 40 combined years experience in fine foods and quality customer service.
Ryan holds a degree in Restaurant Management from UW Stout. Since his teens, his passion has been providing customers with quality food and service. He has served at fine establishments such as The Vintage of Wisconsin Rapids, The Bolo of Menomonie, and Saloon Dubay on beautiful Lake Dubay. Most recently he served as Manager of Danny K's of Wisconsin Rapids.
Amy holds degrees in Business Administration and Finance from UW Stevens Point. She took pride in serving banquet and dining customers alike at The Sky Club of Stevens Point. Recently, she owned and operated a coffeehouse and eatery in the Wisconsin Rapids community.
What attracts them to the business of serving customers?
Ryan says, "Providing quality food and a memorable experience to our customers has always been my passion."
Amy says, "There's no greater feeling than knowing that we have helped to provide a comfortable, relaxing experience for our dining customers. From wedding receptions to family reunions to in home gatherings, we pride ourselves on providing homemade quality food and attention to every detail of service."
Ryan and Amy are privileged to work with a talented staff of people with years of experience working with patrons in the Wisconsin Rapids area. Head Chef Charlie brings to the table a vast array of previous experience. Since working with Great Expectations the signature dishes and sauces he has created are a fantastic addition to the repertoire. Sandy, Lisa, Kacie and Kelly bring service with a smile to a new level through their extensive knowledge of food service and desire to meet the needs of every customer.
